Dina Rubakha joined the Provost’s Office in July 2024. Dina is Associate Director of Business Operations who supports the work of the Office of Faculty Affairs and the Provost by ensuring the efficiency of processes and work across all arenas (APT, PTR, Development Events, Office Processes, etc.).
Before joining the Provost’s Office in 2024, Dina worked at RUSH University for ten years. She was the Academic Program Manager in the Office of Faculty Affairs where she oversaw operations: event development, faculty appointment processes, webpage design and maintenance, and the daily work of the office. She also supported the work of the Office of Global Health.
Dina holds a master’s degree in education with a focus on curriculum development from National Louis University. She is an active learner and enjoys challenges that allow her to gain new skillsets. Dina enjoys travel and aims for both domestic and international trips. When not traveling, a good bike ride or language practice in secondary languages is a fun time.
