Congratulations to Incoming Chief Resident - Haris Vakil, MD

We are proud to announce rising third year resident and incoming co-chief, Dr. Haris Vakil was recently appointed as an officer serving as Resident Liaison of the Resident and Student Leader Forum for the Texas Academy of Family Physicians (TAFP).  In this role, he will represent the resident membership serving as the liaison between the TAFP Resident and Student Leader Forum and the chief residents of the Texas Family Medicine Residency Programs. He will also work to improve communication between the Texas Family Medicine Residency Programs and TAFP using the TAFP Exchange.  Congratulations Dr. Vakil.
