The Joint Commission accreditation is important because it ensures quality, safety, compliance and continuous improvement in health care delivery.

Staff is being asked to take a wellbeing survey created by the new My Wellbeing team and its leader, Dr. Cara Geary.

The new procedure is considered safer because it does not cause thermal damage to surrounding cells.

Over the past few months, it’s been wonderful to be part of ongoing discussions with individuals from all four of our campuses, our physician leaders and service line leaders across UTMB.
