The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) Health Education Center (HEC) is fully accredited by the Society for Simulation in Healthcare in Teaching/Education, Assessment, Human Simulation, and Research. The HEC partners with community organizations to design and deliver training programs that address specific educational goals through simulation-based and interprofessional education.
