The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Rehabilitation at UTMB
only accepts applications submitted through ERAS (no paper copies) with
these standard requirements:
- USMLE Transcript
- 3 Letters of Recommendation
- Personal Statement
- Curriculum Vitae
We participate in the AAOS/CORD Universal Interview Offer Day for Orthopaedic Residency Match.
Interviews:
Interviews are BY INVITATION ONLY through Thalamus.
Interview Dates for 2027 will be:
Friday, January 8, 2027
Saturday, January 9, 2027
The department will also host an in-person social event on the evening before each interview date.
The event is for applicants and current residents to meet and provide you with
the opportunity to ask questions about our program prior to your interview
day. More details on the in-person social will be provided once your interview
date has been confirmed.
