In 2025, PAHO strengthened health security in the Americas through improved surveillance, emergency response, and outbreak detection, while advancing disease elimination, immunization, and access to vaccines and medicines. Through expanded primary health care, digital health, and regional partnerships, PAHO reaffirmed its commitment to resilient health systems and health equity for all.
