Ralph Farr, Chief Information Officer - Information Services is lead by Chief Information Officer who reports to the President of the University. The CIO has the following direct reports.
Todd Leach, Director of Operations - Responsibilities include, data center management, production control, systems monitoring, change management, standard technology upgrades, incident management/CIRT, disaster recovery management, telephone operators, helpdesk, voice and data/voice network management, and security operations.
Bill Fuqua, Director of Administrative Information Systems - System responsibilities include human resources, financial systems, procurement, accounts payable, asset management, research administration, time and effort reporting for research, student services, inventory/asset, and financial reporting.
Steve Hollaway, Director of Clinical Information Systems - System responsibilities include electronic medical record, radiology, pathology, pharmacy, radiation oncology, medical device integration, healthcare charge capture, interface management, healthcare claims processing, and technical/professional billing.
Mike King, Director of Enterprise Services - System responsibilities include e-mail, enterprise e-training, file storage, document management, collaboration tools, web content management services, electronic messaging, desktop tools and standards, and business intelligence/ enterprise dashboards.
Mike Mantell, Director of Information Services Project Management Office - Responsibilities include project planning resources for internal and external customers, application portfolio maintenance, log & monitor capital projects, monitor growth and enhancement projects, coordinate internal information services projects, and strategic planning facilitation.
Coty Muehe, Assistant Director for Financial Services - Administrative responsibilities include budget planning and monitoring, cost allocation, accounts payable and service center, internal financial reporting, procurement, hr transactions, contracts tracking, inventory management, finance liaison, and internal/external reporting.
Robert Shaffer, Information Security Officer - Responsibilities include compliance reporting (internal and external), lead intra-departmental security issues meeting, define policies, investigations, and this position is a dotted-line report to UT System’s chief information security officer.
