Todd Leach, Associate Vice President of Information Services / Acting Chief Information Officer - Currently functioning as the Acting Chief Information Officer while Ralph Farr is on extended leave. Todd is responsible for strategic, capital, and operational planning for Information Services. Responsibilities include chairing the three IT governance committees as well as financial and human resource management for the department.

Administrative Information Systems - System responsibilities include human resources, financial systems, procurement, accounts payable, asset management, research administration, time and effort reporting for research, student services, inventory/asset, and financial reporting.
George Gaddie, Director of Clinical Information Systems - Responsibilities include the support of all systems that are used for clinical documentation, patient registration, enterprise scheduling, professional and technical billing and claims, system integration, as well as the clinical ancillary/departmental systems.

Enterprise Systems - System responsibilities include enterprise e-training, document management, business automation and collaboration tools, web content management and electronic payments.
Ajaz Mohammad, Director of Business Intelligence and Data Administration - Responsible for ensuring that data from transaction-based systems are well managed and that the data are readily available for use by our customers for business intelligence and decision support purposes.

Operations - Responsibilities include, data center management, production control, systems monitoring, change management, standard technology upgrades, incident management/CIRT, disaster recovery management, telephone operators, helpdesk, voice and data/voice network management, and security operations.

Information Security Officer - Responsibilities include compliance reporting (internal and external), lead intra-departmental security issues meeting, define policies, investigations, and this position is a dotted-line report to UT System's chief information security officer.
