To order voice mail, open a ticket with the Help Desk Ext. 25200 or complete the Telephone,
Data & Video Request Form with the following information:
- Extension Number
- Name of User
- User's email address
- Attendant Number (extension calls should transfer to when caller presses 0 to speak to an attendant)
Passcode Reset
Open a ticket with the Help Desk Ext. 25200 with the extension number and user’s name. You will be contacted when the passcode has been reset.
Voice Mail Trees
Open a ticket with the Help Desk Ext. 25200 for a meeting to plan the design of the voice tree.
