Voice Mail Passcode Reset
To reset your voice mailbox passcode, follow these steps:
- Call the UTMB Help Desk, Ext. 25200
- Select "2" for telephone or data network changes
- Select "1" for repairs to telephone service, or ACD, Navigator, Voice Mail and cabling issues
- A ticket will be created and you will be contacted with the passcode
