Dr. Ibidapo-Obe joined UTMB Health’s Department of Family Medicine in 2019. She is currently an Assistant Professor and Director of Women’s Health with the Family Medicine Residency Training Program.
Dr. Ibidapo-Obe earned a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from the College of Medicine, University of Lagos, Nigeria.
She then completed her post graduate residency training in Community and Family Medicine at Howard University Hospital in Washington D.C. She further obtained added training through a Surgical Obstetrics Fellowship with the Family Medicine Residency Program- Altru Health Systems in Grand Forks, North Dakota.
Before joining UTMB Health, Dr. Ibidapo-Obe worked at the University of Texas, Houston- McGovern School of Medicine as an Assistant Professor. She then worked as an Assistant Professor with the Texas A&M University and Faculty for the Family Medicine Residency Program at Detar Hospitals in Victoria, Texas.
Dr. Ibidapo-Obe is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine
