The STFM New Faculty Scholars Program helps early career family medicine faculty develop leadership and scholarship skills. Scholars receive 1 year of the New Faculty Scholars coaching, learning, and networking opportunities with senior leadership and other new family medicine faculty. Applications are open for the 2026 class of scholarship. The deadline to apply is September 30, 2026
