    Another Great Primary Care Procedures Workshop

    The UTMB Health Family Medicine Interest Group (FMIG) hosted the 8th Annual Primary Care Procedures at the Primary Care Pavilion (PCP2) Thursday, October 11th from 5:30 until 8:30pm. Over 90 medical students, ranging from MS1 to MS4, gathered to gain clinical procedure experience with The Department of Family Medicine faculty, residents and staff.

    Beginning in the 2018-2019 academic year, residents can apply to participate in one of four tracks during their training. The tracks give residents a clearly delineated plan to pursue more in-depth training in their area of interest. The currently offered tracks include focuses on faculty development, integrative medicine, obstetrics, or sports medicine.
