Beginning in the 2018-2019 academic year, residents can apply to participate in one of four tracks during their training. The tracks give residents a clearly delineated plan to pursue more in-depth training in their area of interest. The currently offered tracks include focuses on faculty development, integrative medicine, obstetrics, or sports medicine.

The Resident Support Group meets quarterly and offers a structured forum to promote the developing resident’s well-being and an opportunity to explore emotions provoked by challenging cases, the doctor-patient relationship and the role of the physician.
