Family Medicine Clinic Reopens at Primary Care Pavilion

On Monday June 4, 2012 Family Medicine physicians were once again seeing patients at the Primary Care Pavilion (PCP).   The PCP has been closed since September 2008 due to extensive damage from Hurricane Ike.  The PCP has been beautifully restored to serve the patients of Galveston and offers a variety of patient care services and offers plenty of convenient parking.

The Family Medicine Clinic - Island East saw its first patient in the newly renovated space at 8:30am Monday morning.  The patient was Joy Price, of Galveston. As a token of our excitement to be back in our old, but new, space and because she was officially patient No. 1, Joy received a Family Medicine Gift bag.  Family Medicine grocery totes will continue to be given to patients all week to mark this exciting moment for our Family.

Employees and patients alike are thrilled about being back at the PCP.  Please be advised that there is still construction taking place on and around the building so pay close attention to all directional signage.  If you can't find our clinic or where you are going, do not hesitate to ask any one of the building attendants- they will gladly help you find your way.
