A PERSONAL NOTE FROM DR. ABRAHAM

Hello and welcome! I was born and raised in Houston, Texas, so the opportunity to train at a top FMR program such as UTMB Galveston was a dream come true. My experiences in medical school allowed me exposure to all specialties and it solidified my desire to pursue a career in family medicine. As a primary care physician, we get to treat patients of all ages, build long lasting relationships, and provide comprehensive care. I have a strong affinity for sports and with the program having a sport medicine track that works closely with the local school districts, it gives me a chance to improve my skills treating athletes. I look forward to my time here in Galveston and serving this wonderful community.
