Call for Abstracts: CTD-SPECTRE 2nd Annual TropEID Symposium Tropical & Emerging Infectious Diseases for Clinicians and Translational Scientists

The 3.5-day TropEID symposium brings together clinicians, scientists, and global health professionals with a shared interest in tropical and emerging infectious diseases. It reflects our commitment to developing the next generation of academic leaders - physician-scientists and research scientists - who are essential to advancing translational science and global health.

The symposium aims to foster collaboration among academic programs across the region and beyond and is especially geared toward clinical trainees, PhD students, and postdoctoral fellows pursuing careers at the intersection of medicine, science, and global health. It offers a valuable opportunity to connect with leaders in the field, present research, and explore academic career paths in infectious diseases and translational research.

We encourage you to share this opportunity widely within your program. Residents, fellows, trainees, and faculty are especially encouraged to submit research abstracts and to attend, and we hope your program will be well represented.
