UTMB President ad interim Dr. Ben Raimer hosted a virtual Town Hall at noon on July 14 to provide a high-level overview of a new leave program being developed for UTMB faculty and staff.
Panelists included Cheryl Sadro, executive vice president and chief business and finance officer; Vivian Kardow, vice president and chief human resources officer; Philesha Evans, associate vice president for human resources operations and employee relations;
and others, who discussed major elements of the program, why and how it is being developed, and how it will roll out once all details are finalized.
This is the first of many employee communications to come about the new program.
