Dr. Li Publishes Article on Post-Acute Care

Dr. Cynthia Li and colleagues published a new scientific article, Impact of Self-Care and Mobility on One or More Post-Acute Care Transitions. This paper is a result of a pilot project from the UTMB Pepper Center previously awarded to Dr. Li.
