“We also want to recognize an outstanding 4th year medical student at UTMB School of Medicine—Mr. Rahul Shah, a research mentee of Dr. Raji and Dr. Kuo in the Division of Geriatrics & Palliative Medicine. Attesting to his hard work and superior intellect is his 1st authorship on the paper that got published in JAMA today. We are all proud of Rahul—he exemplifies UTMB core values of lifelong learning, hard work, integrity, respect and compassion.”
