There is a $60 application fee

Approximate costs per semester may be calculated at the UTMB Enrollment Services Fee Sheet web page. Tuition depends on number of hours taken each semester, whether the enrolled courses have laboratory fees, whether you are a Texas Resident or Non-Texas Resident and if you are attending on campus or as a distance student.

In the MSCLS for certified CLS students, there is a required weekend lab (Thursday – Sunday) for Molecular Diagnostics during the Spring semester of the first year. The student is responsible for transportation to Galveston, hotel, food, and getting to UTMB once on the Island. Housing is not available on the UTMB campus.
