The World Health Organization (WHO) has added the first molecular diagnostic test for Bundibugyo virus (BDBV) to its Emergency Use Listing, improving access to rapid, reliable testing to support outbreak detection, patient care, and response efforts during the ongoing Ebola outbreak in Central Africa.
