Dr. Miriam Rich presented a paper at the American Association for the History of Medicine conference

Dr. Rich presented a paper at the American Association for the History of Medicine conference in Buffalo, NY. The presentation was titled, "Women’s Reproductive Anxieties and Imaginaries of Disability in the Progressive Era." Drawing on a variety of archival sources, this talk examined how different women navigated and shaped emergent discourses on reproduction and disability in the early twentieth-century United States.
