Rachel Ray

Rachel M. Ray (she/her) is a PhD student in Bioethics and Health Humanities at the University of Texas Medical Branch and an Advanced Heart Failure Clinical Research Coordinator at UTHealth at Houston. Her research interests center on reproductive ethics, drug policy and harm reduction, research ethics, and bioethics of emerging biotechnologies. She holds an M.Sc. in Biosciences and Health Policy from Rice University and a B.Sc. in Biology from Baylor University.
