What are SharePoint and OneDrive?

SharePoint Online and OneDrive are two file storage and management applications within Microsoft’s Office 365 (O365) Suite. With SharePoint, your department or UTMB organization can access and collaborate on documents from anywhere—at the office, at home, or from a mobile device. As a UTMB employee, OneDrive provides you with space to store and share up to 1 terabyte of your personal work files in the Office 365 cloud. The UTMB SharePoint portal is your logical first stop; from there you can reach OneDrive and every other Office 365 application, using the ‘waffle icon’ in the upper left corner of the page.
