At a basic level, a feeling of belonging is important for all of us to feel safe and comfortable. Each of us has the opportunity to make our environment easier for others to navigate digitally.  The first step is to learn what challenges some folks have (that we haven't had to navigate), and then learn how we can help. Tasks we take for granted such as reading an email have accessibility considerations.
