Help, I'm giving a lecture today. What do I do?

No worries! Classroom Services and Academic Computing have you covered. The classroom techs will be at startup to assist you. You may be asked what school/program and course the recording will be associated with. Also, we have a plan for guest lecturers and those without Blackboard Instructor access.

Where’s my video? I did a recording and can’t find it.

If you can't find a recording, contact Academic Computing at edtech@utmb.edu for assistance. We will need the date, time, and classroom location along with the name of course you intended to associate the recording with.

How do I get Panopto into my Blackboard course?

Academic Computing has taken care of this for you. Your course will have a Panopto Video link on the left menu.

Why do I still have a Tegrity link on the Blackboard course menu?

Technically, Tegrity is still available for users to access so the link will remain on the menu. If your course does not have Tegrity recordings (i.e. Spring 2020 courses), you can hide the Tegrity link. Hover over the action menu and select Hide Link.
