Panopto is our campus video management and screen/lecture capture solution. Tightly integrated with Blackboard, students and instructors simply access recordings from the Panopto link within the course. You have the option to upload recordings from Teams,
Zoom and other vids into Panopto. Instructors, we have many resources to get you started.
Contact Academic Computing, edtech@utmb.edu, to discuss a collaborative area for video management (hosting and sharing video).

Help, I'm giving a lecture today. What do I do?
Contact Classroom Services at extension x28980. A classroom tech can assist you at startup. You may be asked what school/program and course the recording will be associated with. There is also a plan for guest lecturers and those without Blackboard
Instructor access.
Where’s my video? I did a recording and can’t find it.
If you can't find a recording, contact Academic Computing at edtech@utmb.edu for assistance. We will need the date, time, and classroom location along with the name of course you
intended to associate the recording with.
What about my Ensemble Video recordings?
Ensemble Video recordings have been migrated into a holding area within Panopto. Videos that were embedded or linked on web pages, Blackboard courses and other platforms prior to the migration have been automatically redirected and continue
to play for viewers. Contact Academic Computing at edtech@utmb.edu to discuss a departmental collaboration area and to regain access to migrated videos.
How do I get Panopto into my Blackboard course?
Academic Computing has taken care of this for you. The Panopto link is located on the left-side course menu of your course.
