Why don't I see my Blackboard course(s)?
This could be for a couple of reasons:
For official/MyStar courses – You will be automatically enrolled into your Blackboard course the day after you have completed the enrollment process (no holds, etc).
Typically, Blackboard courses are made available (open to students for access) on the course start date. However, keep in mind it is at the discretion of the instructor/program of when to open your course(s).If you have any questions, please email your instructor directly. They should be able to confirm the date of when they plan to open your course.
I have a problem with my assignment, test, or course content. Who do I contact?
Contact your instructor or designated course/school support team for assistance. If there is an issue that the instructor or support team needs assistance with, they should contact Academic Computing at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I use Panopto within my course?
By default, by selecting the Panopto Video link in your course, students automatically gain viewer/student access to the Panopto recordings within the course. Students cannot record or upload video with Panopto unless an instructor sets up a special
assignment. Instructors should contact Academic Computing at email@example.com for assistance.
