GSBS Research Expo
The Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences Research Expo will be held on Nov. 3, 2026, 12 to 5 p.m., on campus in the Health Education Center.
The expo provides an opportunity for GSBS predocs, postdocs, and medical students participating in GSBS training programs to present their research, network with faculty and trainees from across the UTMB campus, attend a keynote talk, and gain information about available trainee resources. Incoming students are encouraged to attend meet their GSBS peers and learn more about research on campus.
RSVP Deadline for Event Attendance Only:
If you are planning to participate in the Research Expo as an ATTENDEE only (i.e., not presenting a poster), please complete this registration form by October 21, 2026.
RSVP Deadline for Poster Presenters:
If you are planning to participate in the Research Expo as a POSTER PRESENTER, the deadline for completing this registration form is October 9, 2026. If presenting multiple posters, please submit the below form for each poster you will present at the Research Expo.
