The Office of Biostatistics (OBIOS) will host an open house for the UTMB community to learn more about their office and services. OBIOS collaborates with departments and centers across UTMB to support impactful public health and clinical research.
The Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences has announced the date for the 2025 GSBS Research Expo. The expo provides an opportunity for GSBS trainees to present their research, network with faculty and trainees from across the UTMB campus, and more.

We are thrilled to announce our inaugural UTMB Innovation summit. This event will bring together a dynamic community of innovators, entrepreneurs, researchers, and investors. We plan to discuss the fast-growing Biotech economy in Texas, current investment themes and opportunities and market outlook.
The next Faculty Advancement in Research (FAIR) Seminar will be: "Gulf Coast Consortia: Cultivating Inter-Institutional Collaborations Since 1990" presented by Karen Ethun, Executive Director, Gulf Coast Consortia.
This in-person, six-hour, evidence-based workshop helps develop skills and insights in mentoring through interactions and discussions.
