  • Dr. Mohammed Qasswal is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Practice in the Division of Gastroenterology at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB). He received his medical degree from Al-Quds University in Palestine and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Creighton University, where he also pursued a fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology, serving as Chief Fellow. During his fellowship, he was honored with the Fellow Teaching Award in recognition of his leadership and commitment to medical education. Dr. Qasswal is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care and fostering a collaborative learning environment. Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his family, exploring new cities, and watching sports.
