  • Dr. Fareeha Khan completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at Dow Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency at St. Vincent Charity Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Khan joined the Division of General Medicine in the Department of Internal Medicine at UTMB Galveston in 2023 as a hospitalist.
