  • Dr. Khowaja is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Department of Internal Medicine. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency training at UTMB and received her medical degree from Texas A & M University College of Medicine. She also has a Bachelor of Science in Biology with honors as well as in Psychology with honors. Her professional interests include general preventative medicine, and management of chronic conditions such as hypertension.
