Melissa Gonzalez earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center School of Nursing and her Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. She is currently providing patient care at the Victory Lakes Town Center location in League City as well as seeing the Home Based Primary Care patients. She is an active member of Houston Area, Texas, and Brazosport Area Nurse Practitioners organizations. Additionally, Melissa actively volunteers with the Junior League of Galveston County, where she advocates for social change and focuses on initiatives such as childhood literacy and food security.

Beverly Pennington completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Master of Science Family Nurse Practitioner and Doctor of Nursing Practice at The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX. A few years later, she came back to UTMB to join the Geriatric Division as the Geriatric Nurse Practitioner providing care to the Galveston community. Beverly is an active member of Sigma Theta Tau which recognize superior achievements and developing leadership qualities. She is also an active member of organizations such as American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Hospice and Palliative Care Association, Texas Nurse Practitioners, and Texas Doctor of Nursing Practice.
