Dr. Syed is a board-certified Hematology and Oncology physician with a background in academic medicine, clinical research, and medical education. She completed her Internal Medicine residency in Chicago and subsequently served as academic teaching faculty through 2021. During her time as faculty, she also earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Research, further developing my expertise in clinical investigation and evidence-based medicine. Later completed her Hematology and Oncology fellowship at Westchester Medical Center. She currently practice Hematology and Oncology within the University of Texas system, where her work includes clinical care, medical education, and academic responsibilities.
