Required Candidate Qualifications:

In order to be considered for the LEGACI Program(s) you must meet the following criteria:

• Ability to attend scheduled shifts
• Actively enrolled in a college of pharmacy
• Ability to obtain an active pharmacy intern license
• Currently in the first year of pharmacy school at an accredited college of pharmacy
• Submission of a complete application

Application Requirements:

In order to apply to the LEGACI Program(s) please provide the following:

1.)  Resume or Curriculum Vitae (CV)
• Max 2 pages

2.) 1 Letter of Intent
• Please explain why you are interested in the LEGACI Program(s) and what makes you the ideal candidate for selection.

3.) 2 Letters of Recommendation (LOR)
• 1 LOR from a Professor from your College of Pharmacy
• 1 LOR from either a former employer or mentor. 

4.) Official Pharmacy School Transcripts

5.) Completed Pharmacy Internship Application
