Requiring no prior healthcare experience, our Entry-Level MSRT program prepares students to be leaders in clinical practice, education, and research. Students receive specialized training in neonatal and pediatric critical care, disease management, pulmonary rehabilitation, cardiopulmonary diagnostics, and adult critical care. In just two (2) years you can have a new career as a Respiratory Therapist, and there is a no limit to where you can work!   There is no limit to where respiratory care practitioners work

  • Our Master of Science Respiratory Therapy (MSRT) program is one of nine (9) entry-level graduate respiratory care programs in the nation.
  • Our student to faculty ratio encourages individualized attention with highly qualified, specialty credentialed faculty. In addition to spacious classrooms with current technology, you will receive training with state-of-the-art equipment in our new Health Education Center that includes a 77-bed simulation hospital with a 10-bed intensive care unit.
  • Since 2010, our program has consistently been recognized for Distinguished RRT Credentialing Success by CoARC.
  • We are the first MSRT program in Texas to receive the AARC Apex Recognition Award, showcasing our unwavering commitment to exceptional education.
