Biography

Sarah Burnett-Greenup, MS, MLS(ASCP)cmSBBcm is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Clinical Laboratory Sciences in the School of Health Professions (SHP) at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB).

Mrs. Burnett-Greenup received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from University of North Texas, a Master of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science from University of Texas Medical Branch, and a Specialist in Blood Banking certificate from the University of Texas Medical Branch.

Mrs. Burnett-Greenup has clinical experience in the transfusion service both as a Medical Laboratory Scientist and a Transfusion Safety Officer. She currently teaches undergraduate and graduate students in the CLS and SBB programs.
