Fatima Khan – Assistant Professor, Cardiovascular Medicine

Dr. Fatima Khan graduated from Riphah International University in Islamabad, Pakistan. She completed her internal medicine residency at Abington Hospital Jefferson Health in Pennsylvania in 2017 and her general cardiology fellowship at the Western Connecticut health network at Danbury Hospital in Connecticut in 2020. She developed an interest in advanced heart failure and transplant cardiology in her early years of training. She moved to Miami, where she completed her sub-specialty training in advanced heart failure and transplant cardiology at the Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine, University of Miami. She also has an interest in infiltrative cardiomyopathy and treating shock patients. Outside work, she likes to work out and enjoy the beach. I believe in working together with each patient and their family to provide the best possible outcome and experience. My goal is to bring together world-class care with leading-edge technology and innovation.
