Alyssa was an integral part of the Galveston County Office of Emergency Management from July 2009 until she joined UTMB Health in January 2024. There, she consistently demonstrated exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to various responsibilities. In her role as Administrative Assistant, Alyssa was the administrative liaison for internal staff and external agencies, providing crucial support in office, budget, and grant administration. She oversaw the management and administration of special grant projects, showcasing her proficiency in budget management, project monitoring, and the preparation of various reports.
