Please join us in welcoming Kiki Baldwin, Senior Business Coordinator, to the Medical Education Office!
Kiki joined UTMB September of 2012. She started as a Patient Service Specialist at the TDCJ building. February 2022, Kiki became a Coordinator II for John Sealy School of Medicine. Within this role, she was the Coordinator for the Practice of Medicine year one Students program. Kiki had the job duties of inputting Scores/Grades into Blackboard, proctoring Exams, maintaining the confidentiality about Student information, and the compliance with all regulation requirements. Since January 2023, Kiki expanded my experience and joined Internal Medicine Infectious Disease SPECTRE program. She was the Department liaison, maintained the Budget spreadsheet, travel and reimbursement, calendar management, and supply ordering. In her spare time: Kiki loves to bartend, in which she has her own bartender business- Bowtie Bartender; spend time with her family and friends; and enjoy her 7-month old baby girl puppy Charli!
