By providing new hires with an easily accessible binder, the project ensures a smooth and efficient onboarding process, helping them quickly integrate into the department, understand their roles and responsibilities, and begin contributing effectively. The goal of enhancing the onboarding experience, fostering a welcoming environment, and supporting the successful transition of new faculty members has been achieved.
