Business Wire, Nov. 14, 2006 CRANBURY, N.J.--A vaccine candidate against the Vietnam H5N1 avian influenza virus has shown promising results in preclinical testing, according to a presentation at “The Changing Landscape of Vaccine Development” symposium, sponsored by the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston, Texas. VaxInnate reported that the vaccine is highly immunopotent and stimulates a virus-neutralizing antibody response against the H5N1 virus.
