Psychology training is provided at UTMB to a few selected students who are
interested in clinical health psychology services. The program is a
structured training practicum with opportunities to provide psychological
services to individuals with chronic medical conditions. To apply or be
considered for the psychology practicum the student must be enrolled
in a doctoral training program accredited by the American Psychological
Association (APA). Interested applicants may contact Dr. Jeff Baker

Psychology practicum students will need to be approved for working at UTMB, submit the appropriate documents and complete the required training prior to beginning the practicum.
