Basic first aid supplies & broad-spectrum antibiotic
Insect repellent, sunblock, pain reliever/fever reducer, antacid, mild sedative, anti-diarrheal medicine, antihistamines,, laxatives, and antibiotic cream.
$200 cash in small denominations for travel days, best exchange rate in country at ATMs. Credit cards may only be accepted in larger cities.
Stethoscope, N95 masks (Obtain from Global Health office), gloves, hand sanitizer, wet wipes, and travel kleenex.
Laptop or tablet & charger, adapter and/or converter, camera & associated equipment, rechargeable batteries and flashlight.
Hat, reuseable shopping tote, ear buds, and card games.
