How quickly can a design be completed?
Simple designs are often completed within 24-48 hours. More complex projects may require additional time depending on scope, revisions, and detail.

How can I check the status of my order?
For updates, reply to the order confirmation email or call us directly. A current production status can be provided at any time.

Why is there a rush fee?
Rush fees apply when production schedules must be adjusted to prioritize a project ahead of existing jobs in progress.

Why is there a graphic design fee?
Design fees cover the professional time, expertise, and software required to create print-ready artwork. This includes layout, revisions, corrections, and final file preparation.

What file format should be submitted?
Preferred formats include PDF or high-resolution JPG/PNG. For best print results, files should be set to CMYK color mode, resolution should be 300 DPI, and text should be outlined.

What are bleed and crop marks, and when do I need to add them to my artwork?
A bleed is artwork that extends beyond the trim edge to prevent unwanted white borders after cutting. Standard bleed is 0.125” on all sides. Crop marks are guide marks that indicate where the final piece will be trimmed. Bleed and crop marks are required whenever color or graphics extend to the edge of the page.

What paper stock options are available?
We offer a wide variety of stocks, including glossy, matte, uncoated, cardstock (various weights), and specialty papers upon request.

What is the difference between digital press and large format printing?
Digital press is ideal for business cards, flyers, brochures, booklets, and other small-format materials. Large format is used for posters, banners, yard signs, and oversized graphics.
