Introducing the UTMB Catering To-Go Station
For orders that fall well below the $500 threshold, and does not involve any additional event coordination efforts—such as room setup, décor, invitation or registration coordination, or use of a Special Use Facility—as outlined in the IHOP Food Service Policy 02.06.09, it would be more cost-effective and a better use of institutional resources for you to procure the items directly from an outside vendor. UTMB Catering Services is intended to support events that align with the criteria outlined above. However, we can offer your refreshments for pick up.
UTMB Catering is pleased to offer the Catering To-Go Station, providing departments with a convenient option for small-scale food orders and casual gatherings that are not connected to formal or VIP UTMB events or held in Special Use Facilities.

How It Works
To-Go Daily Orders: Pick-up only, available 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Once your order is ready, UTMB Catering will send an electronic notification to your designated contact.
Orders will be clearly labeled with your order number and placed in the refrigerator or on the pick-up counter, based on temperature requirements.
Please collect only the items associated with your order number. All disposables will be included in your food package.
The ordering department assumes responsibility for food quality once notified that the order is ready for pick-up.
For convenience, use the Rose Garden Circle loading dock (10th & Market Street, next to the Moody Medical Library) for easy pick-up.
All items must be collected on the scheduled order date. Items not picked up by close of business will be discarded.
The To-Go Station cannot store items overnight before or after your scheduled pick-up.
Please note: Delivery service for small meetings and social gatherings is no longer available. All such orders must be placed for pick-up through the Catering To-Go Station.
