Overview
Dr. Megan Berman is an Associate Professor of Internal Medicine and faculty with the Sealy Institute of Vaccine Sciences at UTMB. She received her medical degree from Loyola University in Chicago and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. She practices both as a hospitalist at Jennie Sealy hospital and ambulatory physician at the Primary Care Pavilion in Galveston.
Her expertise is in preventive medicine and chronic disease management. She has won numerous teaching awards and was inducted as a member of the UTMB Academy of Master Clinicians.
In addition to patient care and medical education, she is a sub-investigator for research vaccine trials and Medical Director of the Anticoagulation Clinics in Galveston and Texas City.
