Our new Clinical Operations Dashboard brings key performance metrics to your fingertips, including clinic visit volume, slot utilization, and wRVUs—with easy comparisons to past performance and budget targets.
The dashboard also monitors critical patient access indicators and introduces UTMB's new exam room occupancy goal to optimize space and patient flow. We're now collaborating with Mark Schultz's team to develop additional dashboards for clinical research and education operations, providing valuable insights for faculty and leadership.
