By streamlining research procedures and implementing best practices, we will strengthen the administrative and financial support provided to our research faculty.
This initiative is dedicated to improving research support processes by identifying and addressing bottlenecks that slow down workflows, implementing solutions that enhance efficiency, and reducing delays. It also integrates new applications to simplify the tracking of pre and post award activity. By establishing standardized procedures, we are creating a consistent approach to administrative and financial support that allows research faculty to concentrate more on their work and less on navigating complex processes. Additionally, we’ve enhanced reporting capabilities, with the grant reporting tool now available on a monthly basis to provide researchers with timely insights into project finances and progress.
